Nestled just a short golf-cart jaunt from the sands of Crystal Beach, this 3 bed / 2 bath modern cottage offers 1,540 sq ft of sunlit, open‑concept living. Upstairs, unwind on the covered patio with ocean breezes; downstairs in a spacious entertainment area perfect for family fun. Fully furnished and decorated in coastal chic, the home features roomy, comfy bedrooms and a well‑appointed kitchen/dining/lounge layout. Located in Stingaree Cove near shops & restaurants. Ideal for an unforgettable beach retreat!

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Small issue upon arrival with no water, but the host tended to it immediately and had it resolved very quickly with excellent communication. Rest of the 3 night stay was nothing but enjoyable!
