The structure consists of a main building, the Palazzo, and independent villas set amidst extensive gardens, in the north-eastern part of Lake Lugano, in Porlezza.

The Palazzo has a reception with wi-fi. Nearby there is limited parking and numerous services and activities including an open-air Italian restaurant, a café with lake views, a cosmopolitan bar, the main reception, and an accessible beach. Bicycle paths wind throughout the park, where there is ample space for children and a mini-golf course. The resort has air conditioning and a lift, only in the main building, a garden in the villa area, wi fi in the communal areas. The Village is located in the tree-lined park of Porto Letizia. It has a public park by the lake and guests can use the public beach, with payment on site, and all water activities for both adults and young guests.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with either twin beds or a bunk bed. The living room is adorned with a double sofa bed and features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. A modern bathroom, equipped with either a bathtub or shower, completes the amenities of the space.
