Three bedroom, two bathroom spacious lodge at Rockley Park, located on Poole Harbour.

The Space:
Three-bedroom large park home with wrap around terrace situated on Rockley Park, on the shores of Poole Harbour. Within a short walk of the beach where there are lots of watersports activities and Ham Common nature reserve - a fantastic holiday location.

Level access to front door with ramp. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Sliding doors to terrace area. Main bedroom (5ft Kingsize double bed) with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower, toilet and sink. Second bedroom (kingsize double or can be made into two small single beds upon request). Third bedroom (2x 3ft twin beds). Bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Outside are table and chairs.

Rockley Park facilities - Please note the park passes are not included in the price of the accommodation. Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park. Prices are available on request.
Passes can be purchased for durations from Monday to Friday / Friday to Monday / or Saturday to Saturday. Passes can be purchased directly from Rockley reception or up to four weeks in advance (Rockley will require a code issued via Quay Holidays).
Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor seasonal swimming pool (pre-booking required), restaurants, including Papa John's Pizza and Fish and Chips, amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market and launderette. (Park facilities are closed from 4 Nov to 15 March).

Parking - Two car spaces for medium sized cars.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryer.

Technology - Smart television. DVD player. WIFI.

Kitchen - Slimline dishwasher, gas oven / gas 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer top box, microwave and washing machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. Dogs permitted.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

ROCKLEY PARK - Rockley Park holiday centre, is situated on the heathlands of Ham Common nature reserve, benefiting an adjoining beach, lake and woodlands, just at the edge of Poole Harbour. Entertainment facilities on site include the Harbourside restaurant, Papa John's pizza, Cooks fish and chips, Mash and Barrell restaurant, live lounge entertainments facilities, heated indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor swimming pool, Splash Zone, Water sports centre, multi sports range, 3 outdoor play areas and mini market.
