Welcome to Casa Clara, your home by the sea in the Casa del Mar condominium on Coco Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and is for 6 adults. You also have a large terrace to organize a barbecue, a dinner with friends or have a margarita. The wonderful pool on the terrace has a spectacular view for gathering to watch the sunset.



Walk 50 feet and you will be at the edge of the sea with white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean, or 5 minutes from the popular Mamitas beach club. You are just 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its long pedestrian walkway full of boutiques, relaxing cafes, gourmet restaurants and good bars.



Casa Clara has a king bed, two double beds, a flat-screen television, and two fans. It has air conditioning and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making this place perfect for vacation.



Practice golf at the Hard Rock course 2 miles from Playacar. If you like excursions and swimming, there are several nearby cenotes (natural pools that connect with underground rivers) in Playa del Carmen, just 4 miles away by car.



To reach the condominium, we offer you transportation from the airport for an extra cost, which is located 45 minutes away by car. Our concierge will meet you upon your arrival at the condominium and will offer you our additional services such as grocery shopping with home delivery and other services we provide.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
