Donwell Manor is one of the newest 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms cabin located inside Our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Donwell Manor has 3 levels, 2800 square feet and hardwood floors throughout the entire cabin. This cabin will sleep a total of 16 guests and has parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Come relax in Donwell Manor while you enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and Parkside Resort!

Main Level

Donwell Manor has 5 steps up to the front door and wrap around deck. When you enter the front door on the main level you walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The living area features a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The dining table seats 10 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with gray slate appliances including a side by side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 16 guests.

Donwell Manor has vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains from the comfort of the couch! Watch the big game on the large, flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally at home in Donwell Manor.

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a King size bed, a flat screen TV, deck access and a full bathroom with a walk in, tiled shower.

The main level deck of Donwell Manor is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view! Here you will find the outdoor fireplace, outdoor flat screen TV with a gorgeous wicker dining set, gas grill and plenty of rocking chairs. Sit back, relax and take in your AMAZING view.

Upper Level

The upper level features two master suites separated by a stunning catwalk with a perfect nook for a reading or writing desk! You will find the full size laundry room at the end of the catwalk. The first room features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and private deck access with rocking chairs. The bathroom features a walk in, tiled shower.

Lower Level

Head down stairs with family and friends and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of Donwell Manor you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a pool table, shuffleboard, pub/card table that seats 4, a large flat screen TV and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. The arcade game is for 2! A sit down, multi-cade game. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level! The theater room features oversized, comfy stadium style chairs and seats 11. The theater room is equipped with a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit! Step out the deck door and right into the hot tub, melt your worries away.....

This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features 2 Queen size bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and deck access with rocking chairs. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.
The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
