our condo is on the top floor(7th) overlooking the little pigeon river in pigeon forge right behind dixie stampede.
condo is well appointed with 3 king bedroom; 3 full bathrooms with tvs in all rooms.
take the elevators or the streps. our condo 701 is located right off the elevator.
enjoy the views of the little pigeon river and mtn views.
there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
u will enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub open from may to sept.
location of condo is very convenient to all attractions and resturants in pigeon forge and 6 miles to gatlinburg.

The location was fantastic. It was a large condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pictures of two of the three bedrooms were different than what we actually had. The building itself definitely needs some work. There were sections of the ceiling in the corridor that were hanging off. Because of the location, we would rent a condo from here again, but not this particular condo. I had to clean the bathtub/shower before I used it. There were hairs all over. There were also hairs stuck on the washcloths.

Wonderful property! Excellently located just off Parkway. Very cozy! The mattresses are a bit firm and the pillows are very soft, so you may want to bring your own pillows if you’re picky. All but one of the tvs is a smart tv, so that was definitely a plus for my teens! We will not hesitate to book here on our next trip to Pigeon Forge! Thanks so much!

Good Stay

Our overall stay was good. Beds are a little hard. The fridge in the kitchen you have to push hard to shut the freezer part( the door drags the wall). Location is great easy in and out. In the master bedroom there was died bugs on floor. I just swept them up.

Amazing Location

Love the location of this property. Every where we needed to go was just 2-3 miles away. So many near by restaurants and activities. Home was clean and spacious! Definitely would stay at this property again.
