The interior was nice but the outside was not well maintained. When we got there, the garbage was stacked over the bins. We called the owners and were instructed to take it to the curb for collection on Wednesday. We were also told to take recyclables out on Friday night. We had no problem with that but it should be in the owner’s instructions for staying there. The small holding pool was green and unclean and we spoke to the owners about that too. Apparently it had not been cleaned by the pool service. The service came the next day. The water cleared up but it was not clean enough to use. There was debris in the corner of the lot and it looked like whatever lawn service was mowing, it did not trim or clean up debris. We had difficulty using the TV, dishwasher, overhead fan in the living room, and microwave. A solution to that would be to leave instructions on their use. The water was lukewarm at best for the non primary bathroom for showering and the same with the kitchen sink.

Home was very comfortable, particularly the main bedroom. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean. Location was convenient to all the things we did while in the Mesa/Scottsdale area. Communications with the host were excellent. Would not hesitate to return in the future!

Great accomodation for family gathering

Nicely decorated and very clean. Super walk in shower in Master bath. AC worked great. Pool was nice and clean. Beautiful kitchen with large modern Fridge. Several TVs. Quiet neighborhood. 20 min from Sky Harbour Air Port. Nice Frys grocery and Walmart close as well as some restaurants.
