POOL HEATING
The cost for pool heating is $250 per day, while the hot tub is available at no cost. If you would like pool heating arranged, reach out to Concierge to settle this at least 72 hours before your arrival.
Kindly take note that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. The maximum temperature for the hot tub would be around 104 °F, while the pool would be around 86 °F.
Please reach out to Concierge if you wish to make changes to the pool settings.
NOISE
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk immediate eviction.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges. Additionally, parking allowance is only for 6 vehicles maximum.
LOCAL LAWS
This home complies with the Paradise Valley Town Code. All guests must use the property only for standard residential purposes and follow local regulations throughout their stay. A full HOA agreement will be sent for review before your arrival. Certain uses are prohibited by town law, and violations may result in fines of a minimum of $500.00.
As required, the owner completes a pre-arrival background check for all guests.
PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
