We’ve stayed here before and have always been happy with it…this particular time, my daughter left her wallet in our room and we didn’t realize it until the shuttle left us at the airport. I called the front desk to see how they might be able to help and they were wonderful. They retrieved her wallet from the room AND the shuttle driver brought it to us at the airport! This was 100% above and beyond, and this is why we keep coming back!

I was not aware that there were two Hilton doubletreehotels near the Phoenix area. The shuttle took me to the wrong one. When I got there, my car was nowhere in sight and I thought it had been stolen. I was told at the desk that there is another Hilton doubletree that services the airport in Tempe Arizona. They should’ve told me that first!

Pool was great! Rooms not so good, pictures lie they are very old and dated and need some major repairs. Toilet didn’t work properly ac didn’t work properly. Again website photos are very deceiving and for a 4 night stay I expect better.. wouldn’t recommend just based on website photos. Beds also not very comfy sagged in the middle.
