Walking through the doors for the very first time of this light and bright, and impeccably maintained holiday home will have you instantly switched into "holiday mode".
The ground floor is all about bringing the family together in spacious family zones, including a family room equipped with a TV, streaming services and board games.
The reverse cycle air conditioning system will also be a welcome feature in the hub of the home, in both the summer and winter months when it's time to retreat inside after a big day enjoying the amazing outdoor adventures of the local area.
The large entertaining patio is perfect for balmy night dinners or family lunches and the practical sized back yard is perfect for a game of cricket or "king of the pack" while a BBQ is cooking. The yard is fully fenced with a lockable front gate as well.
The kitchen is very practically designed, including a gas bayonet and gas cooktop, and with loads of cupboard space, equipped with everything you need for cooking up family meals.
There is also a double bedroom, laundry and WC located on the ground floor as well.
The second floor features solid timber flooring throughout the entire level (aside from the bathrooms of course!).
The master bedroom not only includes a reverse cycle air conditioning system, but is also complimented with generous en-suite and spacious walk in robe.
