You will find a cozy and bright two-story house in a private building with air conditioning and heating. It features two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs, the renovated attic preserves the essence of a Valencian home and gives access to a spacious, exclusive chill-out terrace for guests, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a solarium with loungers, parasol, artificial grass, and automatic ambient LED lighting at sunset. After the latest renovation, the attic is divided into a leisure area with darts and a complete laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

The house is located between the beach and the valleys of the Marina Alta in Alicante, in the heart of Pego, just a few meters from Paseo Cervantes. It is an ideal location to visit the Marjal Pego-Oliva Natural Park, the thermal waters of Font Salada, enjoy local hiking, trekking, or cycling routes in Vall de Gallinera or Ebo, and the nearby beaches of Oliva and Denia.
