"I chose to stay in the nicest suite (The Superior Suite) offered. I stayed here for a whole week. There was trash in the trash bins. The bathroom sink was running. When I called the front desk for maintenance, they requested that I not be in my room while they fix the sink issue. I stayed in the hotel lobby as they fixed it. After spending about an hour waiting for him to fix the issue that he said was a faulty pipe, the problem persisted. I called maintenance and showed him the issue. He had to stay in my room for another 45 minutes to completely replace the sink handle. When I first turned on the TVs, they were not working. I had to have maintenance come back to my room to fix the TVs. I was very annoyed because I wanted to limit any presence in my room during the COVID-19 pandemic. LaQuinta inn told us that room service was only available upon request, so I did not request room service. As I was getting ready to shower, room service knocked on my door and entered my room without my knowledge. Luckily, I did not fully disrobe before telling her that I did not request room service. As far as amenities, the hot tub was broken-although this was advertised as an amenity that could be used. What really upset me was when I requested a complimentary 1-hour extension on check-in, they said I’d have to pay $25. When I reminded them of all the room issues I had during my stay, they begrudgingly waived the fee. In summary I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel"
