Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The condition of the sofa bed was diabolical with a huge hole so my daughter could not sleep all night. The size of the bedroom was terribly small. The communication with regards to access to the building was very very poor and we waiting outside for over an hour. The fan in the bedroom would only operate if the light was on. They are the TV wire was too short to connect to a socket. The towels were too small. Location was good
