Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Michael was excellent in helping us book our room and very knowledgeable of the area. Upon arrival the condo was clean and had a little care package of coffee/snacks. The front overlooked a large “pond” connected to a golf course and had numerous large turtles and we saw two alligators. The balcony overlooked the ocean. Even across the street there were great views of the beach. The room was clean, everything worked well from the AC to the appliances. Living area was large as well as the balcony. Location was great, right across from Pineapple Willies and at the bottom of the condo were great places to eat. The Wharf for all u can eat buffet, wings/pizza, doughnut place and great tacos. Across the street from WalMart and on the corner there was a gas station. We didn’t have to leave at all! Highly recommend!

The management company is fantastic and very responsive. Just some notes about the property so future guests are fully aware. Property is in a large high rise, so elevators are often full and/or have a long wait. Moving in we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs because we waited over 10 minutes for an elevator, and each one that stopped at our floor was full. Once you do arrive on the 9th floor, it is a decent walk to the actual unit. The unit itself was fine. It was very humid when we were there, and the unit does not have a dehumidifier, so things just felt damp and there was visible moisture on the floor. The addition of a dehumidifier would help. Carpet was older and bathroom could use a refresh as far as caulk and tub etc. The view from the unit was very nice and the price was reasonable. Amenities such as the work out room were nice to have. Location for us was great.
