Overall pleased with the stay for what we needed-a place to sleep and shower. Not very much lighting in the condo. Dishes and pots and pans were older and not in the best shape. Could use some paint and new bedding (worked ok just a bit worn out). Significant construction noise and random smoke alarms going off. Good location, great view.

1st time using vrbo so was nervous. Didn’t get door code until on the way there. With a few communications on line and with the assistance team and some phone calls. But we got the code before we arrived and got right into room. Room IS RIGHT ON THE WATER with beautiful view and cool breezes. Great sunsets! Building is older and kind of dark. Room is a bit outdated and could use some tender loving care. We had 4 people and ran out of towels( pay washer and dryer are right down the way sitting outside) and toilet paper. People were all very friendly. And area is quiet at night For a place to stay near Panama City Beach fun, activities and shopping great location. If you looking for somewhere to crash after a long day at beach, shopping and activities this place will work. If you’re a person that spends a lot of time in your room and are looking for luxury not so much. The pictures on line are accurate.
