Overall a very nice mid century modern style hotel. Huge property with many buildings to navigate to get to the lobby. Well kept landscaping on the property. I was a little disappointed in the lack of body lotion and or bar soap for a two night stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Honestly couldn't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the safe were at Riveria. Hotel was clean and food was delicious. Only notes is that all their hot tubs were broken so none of them were hot or even warm. So for a January trip that was a massive bummer, even in their spa facilities. However, the massage at the spa was lovely.

The photos are misleading! Our room was dirty, the bathroom doors didn't close all the way (and one doorknob was falling off). Outlets were loose and didn't hold plugs. We needed a microwave for a kiddo with food allergies and they ignored our requests.

Hotel is very dated, the outside areas are very pretty and the pools looked nice. It is lots of walking to the main building, but easy to walk through each building. The first day my ac went out and was blowing hot air, maintenance fixed it quickly. There was also not much hot water, showers were cold. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and the towels were frayed. There were lots of stains on the hall carpets. One of our rooms had the fire alarm hanging off the wall, bathroom door was broken and locked you in, stains on the walls, and stains in the shower. The hotel is too expensive to be this run down.

The front desk, bellman, valet and massage services were excellent however the property is really dirty and needs some renovation. Just not worth what I paid for this is a hotel that I would make it a 2 to 3 star hotel Max but cleanliness should really be the number one priority. It’s a shame that I had to pay as much as I did to stay at this resort because it did not have a resort fee, but more of a hotel feeling.

Room was very nice and spacious. Well lit and bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was lovely but sink could use some draino. Wished there had been a microwave and parking spaces should be wider. Overall very nice place to stay.
