You will be very well located to explore the English Riviera and all it has to offer.

Additional Information

- There is free street parking from 6 pm to 8 am. Additionally, there's a conveniently located car park nearby, which can be accessed via the Ringo parking app for payment.

- For your convenience, we do provide a set of towels per guest for your stay. If you need a later check-in, we can easily accommodate you with our lock box for added convenience.

Similarly, if you wish to check in earlier, just let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is clean and ready for you. For later check-out, please inform us ahead of time. While there may be extra charges depending on how long you need, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please remember to place all used towels in the white basket located in the second bedroom. As is typical in Devon, our house is situated on a small road that can experience town center traffic during busy times.

While this isn't constant, it can occur occasionally. We also have a nearby pub that contributes to the lively atmosphere, especially in the summer months, with some noise until 11 PM. The pub is welcoming and offers a friendly environment for drinks.

Additionally, there is a local church, and you may hear the bells ringing on various occasions.

All of this adds to the charm and character of a Devon seaside town

- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is no parking available at the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.
