Welcome to Ocean Pearl, a sunny, easygoing beach house just one block from the sand in Silver Strand. This is the kind of place where beach days are effortless, sunsets are a daily ritual, and everyone naturally ends up together on the rooftop. With ocean views, fire pit seating, and a relaxed coastal vibe throughout, Ocean Pearl is ideal for families, couples, and friends traveling with dogs. All the beach magic, without Malibu prices.

Guest Access
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message and a request to sign our rental agreement. Once completed, you’ll receive access to our digital Guest Portal with your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in when available. Entry codes are sent 48 hours before arrival and again by text on check-in day.

Parking is included with space for one car in the garage, one car in the driveway, and one designated street space directly in front of the home.

Ocean Pearl is calm, clean, and coastal, designed to feel welcoming the moment you walk in. Bright interiors, an open living and dining area, and a simple, functional layout make it easy to relax and settle in. The highlight is the rooftop deck, where ocean breezes, golden light, and long conversations tend to stretch the day just a little longer.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home sleeps comfortably with a layout that works well for families and groups.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms include closets and Smart TVs, making it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space.

Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms with shower and tub combinations. Fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided so you can pack light and settle in easily.

Outdoor Space
Outdoor living is where Ocean Pearl really shines. Enjoy a private rooftop deck with panoramic ocean and harbor views, fire pit seating, and space to relax day or night. A secure back patio adds another spot to grill, relax, or let kids and dogs play safely. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, towels, and a wagon for easy trips to the sand.

Other Things to Note
Ocean Pearl is dog-friendly, and we provide thoughtful basics like bowls, a blanket, leash, and waste bags to make traveling with your pup easy. Dogs are welcome; cats are not permitted.

We were in Santa Barbara for a family members bday and decided to stay just a bit South in this beautiful home. My friends drove up from L.A. We loved the quiet neighborhood, practically private beach at times… and just the house itself with its beautiful deck overlooking the ocean! We wanted to see the area but we didn’t want to leave! The house was very clean and had more than everything that was needed. I was impressed with the extras like a toothbrush underneath the sink, and foil and baggies for cooking. Lisa was very responsive and reached out personally when I couldn’t get the site to work for an early check in. I would return to this spot in a heartbeat. We met people while there at the little local bar around the corner (Beachcomber) that had just loved going to the area for so long they finally just moved there, and we could totally see why!
