"We had a great time during our stay at The Maverick Resort! Danielle checked me in, she is super nice, sweet and personable. Our room was nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the beach. The AC was super cold and the water in the bathroom was extremely hot and had good pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The view was awesome, everyone has a beach view at the Maverick! We saw dolphins from our balcony 2 mornings! The pool and hot tub were both large and refreshing. Lots of families staying here, so if a bunch of kids running around annoys you this may not be the place to stay. I took away 1 star because the elevators weren't working for over half our stay... They would get them working and then they'd be down again a few hours later or the next morning. If you're disabled or elderly and cant take the stairs this could be a major problem."
