Charming East Orleans cottage with farmer's porch and bonus bunkhouse is just minutes from Nauset and Skaket beaches! This updated home is also across the street from the Ice House and Reuben's Pond Conservation Area and Trail and just 1/3 mile to Asa's Landing and Town Cove. Enter through the front porch to the main level which offers a cozy living room, separate dining room, updated eat in kitchen with access to the back porch and large, private fenced back yard.Three bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level and a second full bath on the main level. The detached bunkhouse offers additional sleeping with a bunkbed, cozy seating, a full bathroom and AC (no heat). Beautifully landscaped yard with a large patio with dining table and gas grill for enjoying outdoor meals. Fire Pit surrounded by comfortable adirondack chairs to enjoy on cool nights! Fully enclosed outdoor shower. First floor Washer/Dryer. All 3 full bathrooms with walk-in showers.
