Great location with plenty of space
The house had 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (4 share shower) and had plenty of room for our 14 group stay, but it needs some major deep cleaning. There were limited towels, toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags so expect to pick some up. Also, there were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms. The beds were not the highest quality or comfortable. All the outside bulbs were burnt out except the pool light. The check-in/checkout went smooth except we were given contradictory instructions from the owner vs. the notes around the house. Solterra is a wonderful clean community but there is only 1 entrance so expect delays. The staff was friendly at the gate and the resort. The resort is an easy walk from the house and was fun and nice. Food and drink were reasonable and the pool and lazy river were simple but entertaining. The house is right near restaurants, shops, and about 1/2 hour from Disney, airport and universal. 2 hours from Clearwater beach and 1 1/2 hours from Cocoa Beach. Great Location and between the garage and driveway, we were able to fit 3 rental SUVs without parking on the street. (which is strictly enforced)Overall: the house accommodated a party of 14 with kids and adults. There was plenty of utensils and cooking ware so we ate a lot at home. The kids loved the pool and used it daily and created many memories
