Welcome to your family's dream vacation home at the exclusive Windsor Island Resort! This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house is the perfect launchpad for your Orlando adventures, combining the privacy of your own screened-in pool and game loft with access to world-class resort amenities just minutes from Disney World.

**The Space**

This bright and inviting home is designed for comfort, fun, and making memories. With Smart TVs in every bedroom and common area, everyone can unwind their way.

*First Floor:*
The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, perfect for gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you need for family meals, including a coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses. Enjoy your creations at the dining table for 6 (with 2 extra chairs) or at the 4-person breakfast bar.

The living room offers a comfy sofa bed and armchairs for relaxing in front of the large Smart TV. This floor also includes a King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.

*Second Floor:*
Head upstairs to the ultimate game loft! Challenge your family to a tournament with foosball, air hockey, and a classic arcade machine. The fun continues in our magical themed bedrooms:

* **Harry Potter Room:** Features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, perfect for young wizards.
* **Mickey Mouse Room:** Two cheerful twin beds for dreaming with classic characters.
* **Frozen Suite:** A queen bed and private ensuite bathroom in an enchanted setting.

This floor also hosts the spacious Master Suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, an additional full bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

*Outdoor Oasis:*

Step outside to your private, screened-in patio. Take a dip in the pool, soak up the sun on the loungers, or enjoy an evening meal at the 6-person dining table. A BBQ grill is available for the perfect family cookout.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests in beds.

**Guest Access**

You will have exclusive  access to the entire home via a private entrance with keypad self check-in. Your stay also includes full, complimentary access to the incredible Windsor Island Resort amenities:

**Getting Around**

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. Parking for 4-5 vehicles is included with your reservation. All drivers must be registered with the resort prior to arrival.

**House Rules**

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please note the following:

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old (at least one guest must meet this requirement).
* A maximum of 4-5 vehicles are permitted per property.

**Important Information**

* **Pool Heat:** For your comfort, pool heating is available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night. This must be requested at least 2 days before check-in and applies to the entire stay.
* **BBQ Grill:** A grill with one propane tank and final cleaning can be provided for a flat fee of $65 + tax. Please request this service before your arrival.
* **Linens:** We provide a full set of sheets, blankets, and bath towels for your stay. Please note that washcloths are not supplied, so you may wish to bring your own.
* **Family Gear:** A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request.
* **Services:** Concierge services, package delivery, and Disney ticket purchasing are available.܏
