I have stayed in condos in the Enclave several times now and they all have the same overwhelming, musty, old-urine smell. I don't know what it is, but it really punches you in the face the first time you walk in. This particular unit had a few maintenance issues; the bathroom door on the multi-bed room is almost impossible to close and makes a very loud noise when you do manage to close/open it, which is extremely disruptive at night in a shared room. The toaster doesn't work at all and the dial on the toaster oven malfunctions so that it skips settings and you have to play roulette until it gets to the one you want. That would be a minor issue if there were a stove, but when the cooking options are already so limited, they really do need to all function correctly. No working fans in the bathrooms means they're complete swamps after anyone showers. Otherwise this is a good value. Plenty of space, good location, good communication, easy check-in, plenty of (free!) parking, close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, etc. I would book it again despite the minor quirks.

The location was perfect. The unit needs updating. There isn’t enough lighting mainly lamps and one was broken. Laundry is on the 4th floor and 5.00 a load. I feel like that should be something you tell a renter before their arrival. Also, the showers were moldy. The beds were very hard and we didn’t even have a sheet on ours. Overall, the place was ok for the price but we will be seeking a different building next trip.

NOTE: The ONLY thing that makes this a 4 vs 5 star review is the age and cleanliness of the buildings/neighborhood, which is NOT the fault of the owner. Owner was available on a Friday at 9pm to respond to a quick question we had upon arrival. Awesome. Place was clean and sleeping for 5 was perfect. Awesome. This is a condotel, so kitchen is bare minimum but really all you would need (sans oven). Having a balcony to sit on and look out at the lights was super nice and a bonus for sure. Would stay here again for the price offered. If you are needing a clean place to land after long days of being a tourist, something that is a bit bigger than a hotel room, has two full baths, sleeping for 6, an area for breakfast and uninvolved meals, close to everything Universal (likely best to have car, though), and the same price or better than a hotel, then this is your place This is a small unit. So "hanging out" in the living area is tight. Pictures of unit on VRBO are identical to what you get. They have fans for each room for extra air circulation if you need it. Since this is an old building, bring long charging cords and power blocks (no USB connections). Thanks for a great stay!!

4.9 out of 5. Great stay, very quiet building, very clean, good view, super great location if visiting Universal parks. The master shower is a bit small (if you're a bigger person), but water pressure was great. No wash cloths but everything else was fully stocked including all kitchen stuff. Our biggest plus was fast communication when we arrived, it was late and dark and because of construction and hard to find numbers on buildings at night, it took us a few extra passes to locate, but they were very communicative and answered all our questions promptly. We are a family of four and the kids loved having their own separate room, beds and bathroom. (and so did we, lol) Would stay again because of the communication, cleanliness, quietness and location.

This property has everything you need! Just pack your bags and be sure to bring laundry detergent if you want to use the on site machines! Clean and 5 minutes from Universal properties!!! Can’t go wrong! Veritas is excellent and great to work with as well! If you need it just ask. :)

Cozy Apartment

This was a very well priced apartment in a great location to all the parks and shopping centers. The check in process was fast and easy. We had a plumbing issue during the stay that was fixed quickly. Communication with management was very prompt and professional. The check out process was very smooth. The only downside of the apartment was extremely slow WiFi which did make somethings a little more difficult. Overall though this was a great stay!
