Apartment in Residence on the Beach for 5 People in Tuscany, Maremma

Maremma is in Southern Tuscany, partially nature reserve with amazing fauna and flora.

Gianella is located at the bottom of a strip of land at Orbetello, it seems an island but it's not.. On one side you have the open sea with sandy beachs and shallow waters, ideal for family holidays, on the other side lies the lagoon and nature reserve.

The whole strip is about 7km long.

Some Camings, residences and hotels are on this coastline. In a small complex of hotel and apartment homes on the ground floor is our apartment Mare located. It is only a few meters from the beach. In the residence there is restaurant, bar, front parking and a bathhouse.

Gianella has a beautiful sandy beach, the sea and the resort offer many sports - such as surfing, snorkeling, sailing or take a boat ride out (different rental providers on place).

The holiday apartment is not too big, but nice and it has an exclusive garden protected by a hedge.

Inside: Living room with 2 single beds / during the day used as a sofa, small kitchenette, shower room, bedroom with double bed and single bed.

Ideal for beach holiday, especially with children.
