Our newly constructed home was thoughtfully designed for your ultimate comfort. This spacious getaway offers amazing family friendly amenities like the community pool and a private beach area overlooking Wolf Bay. Outside the home, visit The Wharf entertainment district for shopping, award-winning dining, and year-round concerts. Experience coastal life at OB73!

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Guest room 2: Bunk bed with 1 Full size bed, 1 Twin size bed, 1 Twin size trundle

The main level features an open floor plan encompassing a living area equipped with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies or shows. The dining area boasts seating for six at the table and an additional four at the bar, complementing a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath completes this level.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area, desk, and private bathroom. The large ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

The garage accommodates two vehicles, and additional parking for two is available in the driveway.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Empty all trash to blue trash can and set on curb.
Please lock back double doors. Do NOT lock the door between the garage and house. Please exit through the front door, leaving the handle unlocked, while using the provided code to lock deadbolt
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent!

I was so impressed by the property and how everything was so convenient. We loved the bikes, the beach gear being there in the garage for us, and just the overall cleanliness and welcoming feel the place has. We loved going to the beach and it was so nice to know all the gear and towels were ready for us. I have 4 kids and they all slept so comfortably in the rooms! We loved it!

Great stay in orange beach

Beautiful property, very clean and just like the photos. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for our use. Nothing was unthought of. The host is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a plus. This home is 7 mins from the beach in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely return. Thank you Jennifer for a great stay.
