With the beach and local shops just a 10-minute stroll away, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, Marlin House is the ideal place to slow down, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy time together.

The Space:

- Master bedroom upstairs in the loft - queen bed - plus ensuite
- Bedroom 2 - queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk plus single bed

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. The open-plan living area is light, bright, and welcoming, the perfect space for families to gather after a day at the beach. Curl up by the gas log fire in winter or open the doors to let the sea breeze flow through in summer. The smart TV makes it easy to relax and enjoy a movie night, while the well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy holiday cooking.
Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a laundry with both washing machine and dryer for convenience. Step outside to discover a large enclosed yard, complete with multiple deck areas for outdoor dining, lounging, or simply enjoying a coffee in the morning sun. There’s plenty of space here for the kids to run and play while pets enjoy their holiday too.
Upstairs, the loft-style master suite offers a peaceful retreat for parents — with its own sitting area, ocean glimpses from the window, and a private ensuite.
This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to eight guests and offers everything you need for a laid-back Ocean Grove getaway.

Guest Access:
This great property is nestled up a slightly steep driveway with carport at the top, enough room for up to two cars to park. Guests have access to the whole property.

The Neighborhood:
- Adventure Park is an amzing day out for the family and only a ten-minute drive away
- The main beach at Ocean Grove is patrolled and a great spot for families to enjoy a day at the beach
- Just over the bridge at Barwon Heads, there is a great swimming spot where the playground is. Perfect spot for kids where the river meets the ocean.
- Fishing - walking tracks - golfing etc - lots of great spots over the Bellarine Peninsula!
- Wineries and dining - the Bellarine Peninsula has some outstanding wineries to visit, along with some great restaurants - please reach out to your host for some outstanding local recommendations!
- The gateway to the Great Ocean Road is a short drive away - looking for a day trip? Cannot recommend this day trip enough!

Getting Around:
* Beaches and Recreation: Local beaches are less than 1km away, offering family-friendly swimming and surfing. Advanced surfers can head to Point Lonsdale, 13th Beach, and the Surf Coast beyond. The Barwon River is perfect for fishing, SUPing, and kayaking.
* Local Dining and Shopping: Nearby cafes and restaurants offer a variety of dining options, with both The Terrace main street shops, cafes, and restaurants, and Ocean Grove Market Place shops, only 1.5km from home.
* Adventure and Exploration: Enjoy the best of Ocean Grove and the surrounding region. Beach activities, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures are all within a short distance from the house. Adventure Park is a great day out for kids, just a 10-minute drive away. Explore The Great Ocean Road for stunning coastal views and attractions.
