The Space:
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, along with a dishwasher - a perfect spot to prepare a memorable feast! This property features 1 queen bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat Screen TVs in both the living area and bedroom, as well as A/C and WiFi throughout. Large closets provide ample storage, so book a longer stay! Outside you will enjoy your exclusive use deck, along with a large common deck and 3 common gas grills for all to use.

East Harbour 13 is right on the P-town shuttle route; step out the door and hop a ride to P Town.
Enjoy Ptown: fabulous dining, great clubs, beautiful beaches, art galleries, sailing, kayaking, biking the streets or great nearby National Seashore trails. Local rentals for bikes, boats, and kayaks. Special Attractions: Nightclubs & entertainment, National Seashore, Ptown Harbor, Ptown Tennis Club's , Truro's spectacular Highland Links golf course, Wellfleet's expansive Mass Audubon area.

Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.

We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.
• Drones and fireworks are prohibited on property.
• Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.
• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.
• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.
• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $59 of coverage. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.
