We booked through VRBO and highly recommend booking with this owner.He went above and beyond when an issue came up that was completely outside his control. He responded immediately, stayed involved, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. He even covered a significant unexpected cost caused by the resort, which says a lot about his integrity and commitment to his guests.The property itself was great, excellent location and amenities, and once we were settled, everything about the stay was enjoyable.The only negative part of our experience was the resort’s customer service, not the owner. If anything, it highlighted how exceptional he is.If you are choosing between properties, choose this host. He truly stands behind his guests.
