Casual and convenient single level home with swimming pool. Located 50 meters from river and riverside walk, beach 900 meters. Local cafe and take away at street corner, other local eateries and bowling club within 10 minutes walk. Best location ever. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine. Timber floors throughout lounge and kitchen, carpeted bedroom. All bedrooms with built-in robes. Part of the house are traditional style, yet other parts have been updated.

Second bedroom - queen bed
Third bedroom - 2x singles

Open plan living and dining. Large kitchen with island bench, electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard and bench space.
