THE HOUSE: This is a well-cared for one-story, 2-bedroom ranch-style lakefront family cottage located on Pemaquid Pond with new private dock and float.  The cottage features one great big room where you can all be together watching TV, playing board games, eating at the dining room table and cooking in the kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.  There is a separate entrance to the basement where you will find the washer and dryer.   The GROUNDS:  The yard is spacious for croquet or badminton with a fire pit and picnic table and chairs.  Bring your kayaks or launch your boat at the public boat ramp very close by. Eagles and blue herons join the loons in calling the lake their home and invite you to explore more of Maine's beauty. Those who enjoy fishing will welcome the sight of bass, trout, perch, pickerel, and sunfish. Great for boating too! Small boats are allowed on the lake, and the public launch is a short 300 feet away from the dock.
