Perfect apartment for a city break to Nice. 25 minute walk from the beach and a couple minutes walk from cafes, restaurants and shops, with a supermarket across the road. The apartment is well equipped and is clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Central Location & Clean

Overall the property is what was expected. The surrounding area is quite noisy though. The property is clean, spacious, and has terrific air conditioning. A quick tram ride from the train station to get here is nice and allowed us to explore very easily.

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnel, rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©cemment, trĂšs bien situĂ© proche du tramway et commerce il y qu'Ă  traverser la rue. Malheureusement niveau isolation on entend beaucoup les bruits du quartier. Il manque aussi des petits amĂ©nagements que j'ai communiquĂ© au propriĂ©taire. Niveau literie rien a dire, les lits sont faits Ă  votre arrivĂ©e, ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'hĂŽte Denis nous Ă  trĂšs bien accueilli, merci Ă  vous ,et vous donnera quelques adresse pour votre sĂ©jour. Bonne continuation et peu ĂȘtre Ă  bientĂŽt qui sait .
