We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were questioned about that which felt like we were being watched or something, quite uncomfortable.The WiFi did not work for the entire duration of our stay (no tv and no internet) and was not addressed until our 3rd day. Fortunately we were there visiting family so did not spend much of our time at the site. Good communication with owner but a bit of a stressful stay.
