Please note that the crushed run stone area, which includes picnic tables and a park-style grill, is a shared common space available for use by guests of all three adjacent vacation homes. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 25 years of age or older to book. The booking guest must be present at check-in, and a valid government-issued photo ID will be verified. No 3rd-Party Bookings: Reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed. Local Restrictions: Guests with local area codes 716 are not permitted. No Parties or Meetups: This is a strict no-party property. Gatherings, events, and meetups are prohibited. The City of Niagara Falls requires a guest register with names and ages of all guests (including children and infants) and a list of all vehicles with license plate numbers. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time. Violation will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. Thermostats are preset and locked for guest comfort: Heat: 68–73°F Air Conditioning: 67–72°F No early check-ins: Please do not arrive before the listed check-in time.
