Located in the small coastal community of Agate Beach just 4 miles from downtown Newport on a quiet street, this property enjoys the convenience of a short access path to miles of sandy beach. The fully-furnished lower-level suite features a brand new kitchenette and full bath, sofa, desk, 2 closets, W/D combo, and a queen bed. The studio space also includes a private entrance, a cozy pellet stove (pellets included), and an eheat wall thermostat heater. Property has raised garden beds, two designated off-street parking spaces, floor to ceiling windows, and includes all utilities. One pet allowed with a refundable deposit. Desirable west side location convenient to shopping restaurants, attractions, and all the amenities Newport has to offer.
