This is a small 3 bedroom ex-council house in a pleasant housing estate. It currently has scaffolding around it that makes entry difficult. The house is tired and carpets and bathroom dirty. Not a family home, suitable for adult groups partying in Newcastle

A bit cramped for 10 people and we had to request extra chairs and even then there were only 8.It served its purpose and was adequately stocked. In all, recommended for a smaller group who need to be in that area
