Whether you’re in town for Jazz Fest, a family getaway, or a romantic weekend, our fully renovated Mid-City retreat offers charm, comfort, and history. This 100+ year-old colonial home with large white pillars welcomes you with stunning original hardwood floors and dramatic high ceilings. Large windows fill the space with light, and the dining room features a unique hand-crafted New Orleans wall design. Enjoy the spacious back deck and glass fire pit. Just a short walk to the Fairgrounds!

Our home is located in a classic New Orleans neighborhood, that’s perfected the art of living. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (the house is a quad-plex). There is a dedicated off street parking space as well as ample street parking. The front porch and back porches are shared with the tenant of the other upstairs unit.
Enjoy classic New Orleans charm in our bright, updated home just steps from Jazz Fest, City Park, and a 10-minute ride to the French Quarter. Rock on the front porch under oak trees or unwind on the back deck. With a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy beds, this space has everything you need to relax and explore. Ideal for couples, families, or friends!
Guests will need to access the front porch by walking up the staircase seen in our photo of the exterior. Please note this, but once inside, the listing is all on a singular level.
