It's in a convenient location. The room was comfortable and plenty of space for a king room. I had to wait at least 20 minutes to check in as they only had 1 person at the desk. They advertise having food, I checked in on a Friday evening, they didn't seem to be serving anything, I had to Uber food. This area is connected to the check in desk, I'm not sure if the same person is supposed to manage that also.
Property was dilapidated, in poor repair, not at all expected from a Hyatt. Window treatments do not block out light, multiple bulbs out in room, leaking pipe, loud a/c unit, dirty furniture. Dark hallways and rooms. Noisy rooms from outside traffic.

Front desk were terrible. Pool was permanently closed. Overall condition of property was zero stars. It’s a Hyatt this was more like a Days inn and a bad one at that. Avoid avoid. Should have been charge $19.99 for this room
The best breakfast of our whole trip. The dinning area is almost in the front desk but the food was delicious and many options to choose from. Was only one night but we like it. Very friendly staff.
The spa/pool wasn't available. The gentleman at the front desk when I arrived was very rude. He started asking me questions that he didn't ask other guests. Rude questions.
didn't eat breakfast, or use the spa, but the breakfast looked like it had a lot of good options. I did walk by the SPA and it looked clean and well taken care of. The staff was very welcoming, and knowledgeable
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, but they do have an option to order out that was pretty good. The one thing that surprised me about the room was that the furniture upholstery was somewhat tattered. I don't ever recall seeing that in a Hyatt property before.
