The property is divided into two floors, on the ground floor it has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms communicates through the access of another bedroom. On the upper floor, it has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a toilet, from the living room access is gained to a terrace with a table and chairs, it has a good barbecue to enjoy great moments. From the terrace there are spectacular views of the sea, of all of Nerja and of the mountains.
