Allen was very responsive. Very spacious and the rooftop patio was amazing. Location could have been closer to broadway, but it was a short uber that wasn’t too much of an issue.

Allen was an incredible host! He was so helpful making last minute accommodations for our group and he replied to all of my messages super quickly. The place was great and a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

4 Walls a Roof and Running Water

If you’re just looking for what I have listed in the title, then this is the place for you. I get that this is a rental and there will be some cosmetic issues but this place needs some serious TLC. Upon arrival one of my family members got stuck outside on the veranda because the door handle was busted, an exhaust fan and bathroom light wasn’t working, a bed completely fell apart upon lying on it, and the ice maker was busted as well (this was a prior complaint…lol). Tried to contact the property manager immediately via email and phone. No response. Place is borderline filthy with moldy shower curtains and hairy bathroom exhaust fans. So if you can tolerate these issues, this is the place for you. Maybe you’ll have better luck with the property manager…

Beautiful home, excellent location!

We had a fantastic time & the views from the roof top were amazing! Would definitely recommend! Property manager was great & very accommodating! Only two minor items, shower rod in the downstairs bathroom would not stay up & there was no dish soap to hand was dishes.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Allen’s place. The rooftop was AMAZING. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. And Allen was very quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
