A quiet neighborhood in the heart of Myrtle Beach with parking just steps to the door. Just 1.3 miles from the beach front. Cornhole game available for use at the property. Property within 2 miles of popular attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Movie Theater, Ripley’s Aquarium, Broadway Grand Prix, Coastal Grand Mall, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Pelican’s Ballpark, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Children’s Museum, Captain Hooks Adventure Golf, Planet Fitness, Pier 14 Restaurant , and Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Guest pass to Myrtle Beach State Park provided for beach access (~7 miles away) or you may access beach at many of the public access point available (property is less than 2 miles from the beach front) Another beach parking option is a 7 consecutive day “paid visitor” pass ($30) for parking in the Pavilion Garage (~1.7 miles away). Visit the garage and pay them there. It is located at 9th Ave, N. and Kings Hwy. This parking pass is NOT valid for decal-only parking areas. Brewton Properties LLC will reimburse our guests for this visitor pass for use while at our property if you stay at our property 5 or more days and a copy of the receipt is emailed to Brewton Properties LLC. Only one pass will be reimbursed per booking. Monthly rentals or longer are excluded from this reimbursement. Rentals less than five days are also excluded from this reimbursement. Throughout the Grand Strand, you will see signs for beach access parking along Ocean Blvd. at each street end. Watch for the "Public Beach Access" signs. Some locations are just a sandy path while others offer paved or unpaved parking spots. House Rules: No pets (a $500 pet cleaning fee will be charged for violators) No smoking (a $500 smoke removal fee will be charged for violators) No parties Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM No taking of provided linens to the beach. No washing of provided linens with other items such as clothing. No hanging towels, flags, or other items over railings due to HOA rules No fireworks due to HOA rules Grilling (no grill provided) must be done 10 feet away from any property structure and may not be done on the parking pad No loud music or parties Trash must be placed in plastic cart provided Parking must be on the provided parking pad (only 2 vehicles allowed) No motorcycles, trailers, campers, jet skis, motor homes, or similar equipment can be parked at the property Skateboards, skates, and roller blades are not permitted in the neighborhood due to HOA rules No vehicle washing, vehicle maintenance, or similar activity may be done at the property

My family of four enjoyed staying. The kids wanted to "camp out" in the living room and we used the provided twin air mattresses. There is a lot of space for more to stay with us next time. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe. It was very clean and comfortable. There are 2 provided parking spots, didn't have to worry about that. The owner provided a state park pass to Myrtle Beach State Park. It was only 10 minutes away, loved the beach. We saw many other attractions nearby like a water park, Sams club, and the boardwalk on the beach. The location is easy to find and get back too from any main road like 17, Mr. Joe White Ave/10 the Avenue and 501. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen, just like 'home!' There are plenty of other goodies too! We will visit again!
