Our room was not ready until after 5:00. It was very loud with kids until 11:00 at night. This is definitely not a couples place as one review said. It is a family place with plenty for the kids but not relaxing at all. The room was clean but noisy in halls and on balcony. I wish that these places were not on VRBO as this is a hotel and the listing gives false impressions.

Rude, Inconsiderate Guests

We had the most annoying people above us. Lots of yelling and partying. They were incredibly loud, and we were woken up at 1AM and 3AM. Had to call the front desk twice to complain. Security should have shut them down the first time I called.
