This is a difficult one. On the one hand the accommodation is nicely presented and the grounds are very nice. Unfortunately, the service isn't what I was hoping for. During a 10 day stay we didn't have towels or linen changed once. We requested bath towels and were given hand towels. If you're looking to do any cooking at the apartment you will be limited by a lack of pots pans etc. The electricity circuit board would trip repeatedly if the hob was on and worryingly the smoke alarm had been taken off the ceiling. A few small changes could make such a huge difference. We enjoyed our stay but we just felt a little short changed. Unless you're planning on staying on site all your break, you will need a car. All told it wasn't bad...it just wasnt great.

The properties are large and have plenty of room. They are spotlessly clean and well maintained. They are well equipped and any problems are given immediate attention. Since our last visit there has been the addition of traffic calming measures which have been oversealously installed.

Good stay.

Good apartment, we enjoyed the stay. Cooked at home. Plenty of places around to visit. Well equipped, and nice terrace to sit on in the evenings. Lift to the apartment so good for disabled. Comfy bed. Good bathroom.

Mar Menor Golf Resort

Excellent apartments nice resort but transport is needed to get around there's not much on the resort other than a spa for shopping.

Fabulous

This is a golf resort, consisting of an Intercontinental hotel, apartments managed by the hotel (where we stayed) and private houses and apartments. There are several apartment blocks, each with a swimming pool and large green area, overlooking the golf courses. The apartments are large with a full kitchen and a balcony. We were in 3 adults and a baby and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment during check in, which was great. The complex has Spa, pools, various bars and restaurants, playgrounds, and is great for a family weekend with children. We'd certainly return.
