Additionally, the property's location provides easy access to major highways, making it convenient for those who need to commute by car.



Other Things to Note:

We believe in transparency to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Please take note of the following details:

Potential for Noise: The studio is located in the basement of our home where a family lives. You may hear some noise from upstairs at different times of the day.

Snow Removal: After storms with over 5 cm of snow, removal is completed within 24 hours. A shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.

Guest Verification: For your security, we use a system to verify your ID, confirm your agreement to our rental contract before you receive your guest guide and access codes.

Host Availability: Our team is available from 8am to 8pm. Please prepare for arrivals outside these hours in advance.

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

Our dedicated host team is available to respond to all messages from 8am to 8pm local time. For urgent matters, we are also reachable by phone. If you plan to check in outside of these hours, please ensure you have reviewed all necessary information and access codes beforehand, as our team will be unavailable.
