On the main level, the living room features an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to a balcony that offers panoramic views of the valley and the swimming pool. The first of the 4 bedrooms on this floor is a double room with distinctive sloping ceilings. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this level are also configured as double rooms, each offering its own individual character. The main bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC.

On the lower ground floor, a fourth room features a panoramic window and is furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, making it a versatile space for guests. This floor also includes a shower room with bidet and WC.
