Villa Petra is an amazing property with heated pool located in a unique position, close to the historic center of the city of Modica.



The property is spread over several levels.

The ground floor consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a sofa and a kitchenette. There are also a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and an elevator that allows you to easily reach the first floor. On request it is possible to add an extra bed. The environment is clean and minimalist but made special by the ceiling with the exposed rock.



The upper floor, which houses the main house, can be reached via stone stairs that lead directly to the outdoor area, the fulcrum of the villa, with kitchen, pergola, dining area and a small pool (3x2), almost set in the rock which, if necessary, can be heated.

Here too, the interior is modern and minimalist, with custom-made furniture and light points that highlight and perfectly illuminate all the rooms.

The living area consists of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower carved into the stone.

The living room opens onto a splendid terrace from which it is possible to admire a wonderful glimpse of Modica Alta and the Cathedral of San Giorgio.



The stairs, behind the kitchen, lead to the master bedroom with walk-in closet and large windows overlooking the living room.



Villa Petra is a unique gem of its kind.

Its position allows you to move easily on foot to discover the historic center of Modica or to reach bars and restaurants. At the same time the privacy of the guests is totally guaranteed by the thick vegetation, to which an almost maniacal care is dedicated, which surrounds and overlooks the villa itself.
