"While there was no staff, we did meet Bruce the owner who was wonderful. His knowledge of the area, the people and the history was exceptional. He helped us with parking which in Stratford is strategic. My only suggestion regarding our room would be a couple of folding tv trays, that could be stored under the bed, to hold toiletries etc. The location in centre of town couldn’t be better. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Hotel was clean, staff were accommodating. Rooms are really big. Breakfast had both hot and cold selections. Location is perfect if visiting the farmers market. There was a hockey tournament staying at the hotel which created a lot of noise during the stay which wasn’t addressed by staff. Towels are hard to come by and number in the room is restricted. Would stay again."

"Overall, my experience was decent. Even so, the cleaning is inconsistent, in addition to the fact that the shampoo wasn’t refilled even though its bottle was empty. As such, I’d say that even though my experience wasn’t the worst, it isn’t worth the price I’d paid for the room, nor does it live up to the service expected from a Hilton"
