Love the hotel hut nothing on website or at checkin told that hot tub out of order, this is why we go to this hotel, sooo disapointed, should have been told

Amazing stay in Stratford

Quick, friendly checkin Large, clean, quiet double Queen room Great amenities, walking distance from the Festival theatre although we didn`t eat there, the on-site restaurant was a very popular spot (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) close to lots of pubs, fine dining and the regular eating establishments. A beautiful stroll along the Avon River is highly recommended!

The hotel was fine if a little dated. It was clean and quiet. The receptionist was efficient but not friendly. We went to see the Stratford plays and the hotel is about a 20 min walk to the centre. We would stay there again as it was quite convenient.

Rather tired property although room was a good size and bathroom had been redone and is spacious. Breakfast at the restaurant was mediocre. First room smelled heavily of smoke. Second room had the smoke smell faintly, and a malfunctioning smoke detector at 4:00 a.m. Would rate between 3 & 4 stars.
