"Hard to believe this is 4 Stars hotel and Crown Plaza standard!!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the location!!! What a room ! This is one star room! Noise in the room is a nightmare! Seems disco is downstairs till midnight couldn't sleep till they finished!!! Sorry but this is only one star hotel not even 2. Won't be here again "

"Absolutely enjoyed are girls weekend. The room was spacious fridge and freezer was so hand for ice cream sandwiches. The staff so friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub perfect temperature. They gave us an early check in and late check out with no issues. We will absolutey be back thank you to the team in Guelph at Spark Hilton"

"I was surprised that I had to pay for parking. In the hotel description this wasn’t mentioned. It stated that parking was available and it was a large parking area that had many parking spaces that were empty. In the hotel description they should either mention that there is a charge for parking or they should build it into the room fee. I don’t like add on fees that are not mentioned online. The hotel should also install a safety bar/ handgrip in the shower. My wife slipped in the bath tub and almost fell when getting out of the shower."
