The rooms were very clean, the mattress was excellent and overall the interior is clean looking, modern and cozy. Very competitively priced, friendly helpful staff, will book early again next season to ensure there is availability. Super happy with our stay and very close and walkable to all amenities, theatres, restaurants, shops, etc.

The staff made sure I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through their door. The complimentary breakfast had lots of wonderful options, and even my gluten-free toast! It was a pleasure staying and I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were very spacious. Loved the extra seating area with the couch & tv, which had Roku & a lot of viewing options. Also liked that the smaller bed had a wall which separated it from the tv area. Shower was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Avon and lots of restaurants and shops.

The renewed Windsor Hotel is a gem in the heart of Stratford. Walking distance to the Avon, to restaurants and shops, yummy continental breakfast included in the room. The room itself was a night and day experience from the last time i was here in 2018. An excellent rebirth of a longstanding hotel in the city.

Very old antique feel. But clean rooms and very quiet in spite of the old architecture. Friendly staff. Great location for festival goers and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Not much in the way of amenities but has a lot of charm.

The beautifully decorated hotel. Vintage floors. European decor. Prime location. Close to shops, restaurants , and the theatres are all within a walking distance of the hotel The food at Casa Restaurant on site is delicious. The staff are hospitable. Lovely spacious rooms. Great location in the middle of Stratford. Very clean, lots of character, just the historical bathtub in the room could be reglazed. The choice for breakfasts was not huge but everything was fresh and tasty. We tried their restaurant for dinner and everything was good and priced reasonably with 10% discount for hotel guests. If you look for free parking, Cooper lot is about 5 minutes walk.

We've stayed here twice, and will again. The first time we had a very small room, but at a recent stay the room was huge. The bathroom was European tiny, and no counter or even sinktop room to put anything. Still, it was clean and just fine. The location is perfect, and the staff is better than perfect—helpful, kind, and knew how to take care of business (including running outside to stop a parking cop from giving us a ticket as we were leaving and loading up).
