The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The only issue I would have is that the air conditioning in the rooms is set too high and makes the rooms too cold. I couldn't see a way to turn it off or down in the room I was in.

This property it’s decor and furnishings are dated but with that said it was very clean from the bathroom to the bedroom with adequate towels, bedding and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. It’s just unfortunate that they no longer have a hotel bar/restaurant access as it is permanently closed.

Though this is an older property it had ample parking, the rooms were large and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the property and rooms were clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful. This is not the Ritz so if you are looking for high end, this isn't your property however if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay, this one a chance. (As other guests have mentioned, I would suggest bringing your own toilletries).

Our room had dog hair all over the place, IE; bed sheets,bathroom,floor. Pillow case was stained with what looked like makeup. Staff was friendly

The room was very clean, but very dated almost to the point of being shabby. I would really like a luggage rack so I didn’t have to put my suitcase on the floor. Otherwise, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I do not remember the name of the receptionist but she was super nice. Checking in was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located for us because we went to see two plays downtown.
